Djimma

Djimmah is grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. The coffee has a hint of nut toned flavor and a pleasant aftertaste. A natural or sun-dried coffee; with fair light medium acidity, good heavy body, fair average quality; hard balanced cup flavor Djimmah is grown in the Illubabor and Kaffa regions of Ethiopia at elevations from 4,400 to 6,000 feet above sea level within the biggest catchment area in Ethiopia.

Limmu

Limmu is a high-quality wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee that exhibits a relatively low acidity yet is somewhat sharp. The brewed cup is distinguished by its well-balanced body (mouthfeel) and noticeable winey and spicy flavors, often fruit-toned, pleasantly sweet, and vibrant with floral overtones. Limmu’s coffee has a Spicy and Winey flavor and attracts many roasters, especially from Europe and USA. Has a good sharp acidity and body. Limmu is one of the premium coffees, medium-sized bean and greenish-bluish in color mostly round in shape.

Lekempte

Lekempti, also known as Nekempti, is a region located within the state of Wellega, a state that is in the highland area in the Southwestern part of Ethiopia. Medium-to-bold bean size is known for its fruity taste has greenish-brownish in color with good acidity and body, many roasters put its flavor in their blends, but it can also be sold as an original gourmet or special original flavor.

It is a private limited company owned by six family members typical Mr Abdulkadir Yasin.Mrs,Zeyneb Ahmed, Mr Abdulwahad Abdulkadir, Mr Rem Abdulkadir,, Mr Yasin Adbdulkadir, and Mr Ahmed Absulkadir . Mr abdulkadir Yasin Siraj is share holder and General manager of YAZ PLC. YAZ plc is one of private limited company head office is found in Addis Ababa, Arada sub city with its four distribution centers in Addis Ababa, specifically in Mankato.
